How WE are keeping our community safe

  • Cleaning of the front door and handle after every client

  • All staff will be wearing full PPE 

  • We've taken our strict cleaning regime even further disinfecting surfaces between every appointment

  • Appointments have been staggered (online booking system has been updated) to allow for cleaning and allowing everyone to observe social distancing

  • Hand sanitiser is provided for everyone on entry and exit

  • Our card machine is also disinfected after every customer

  • If you have a health advice letter from the government, we will conduct home visits where possible and full PPE precautions will be taken

How YOU can keep your community safe

  • If you or anybody in your household has any symptoms, please inform us prior to your appointment

  • No cancellation charges will apply for rescheduled appointments within 24 hours, safety is paramount

  • Please wear a mask or cloth face covering if possible when coming to the clinic

  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit

  • If you are in the high risk category and have received an advice letter from the government, requesting you stay at home. Please call 07518 222 779 or email hello@mindbodysole.co.uk to arrange a home visit
